Reservations at Topolinos Terrace…
You will definitely need a reservation ahead of time.
Yes, you could get lucky and get a same-day reservation, but you should not plan on that.
We lucked out and found day-of reservations in the Disney planning app during a recent trip to Disney World in September.
It was our first day at Disney World and I wasn’t sure if we’d be up for eating out, but we were, so I checked the app and scored reservations within an hour.
Getting to Topolinos
Since we were staying offsite at the Signia by Hilton Orlando, we didn’t use the Skyliners.
They don’t run to that offsite Disney hotels.
Instead, we took an Uber to dinner at the Riviera, which was about $20 from the Hilton.
The Uber driver was able to get through security when we said we had a dinner reservation.
Type of dining experience: fancy
Topolino’s Terrace is upscale Disney dining.
Please act and dress accordingly.
Also expect higher menu costs than quick service dining.

The type of food is based on Italian and French cuisine.

Drinks
There are plenty of cocktails and Riviera-themed draft beers to choose from…
Pomegranate Paradiso cocktail
The Pomegranate Paradiso is made with Figenza Vodka, pomegranate, lemon, and pineapple. It’s sweet and served in a cocktail glass, no ice.
See how to grill pineapple…
Filet Mignon entree
The Filet Mignon is served with potato pavé, Bordelaise sauce, carrots, broccolini, shallot vinaigrette.
I found the wood fired butchers steak to be perfectly cooked and the sauce to be plentiful.
This entree was definitely not huge, which is great because dessert at Topolino’s is a must…
Hand-crafted Pastas: Rigatoni entree
This is the Rigatoni from the fresh pasta menu at Topolino’s Terrace.
It’s made with braised chicken sugo, broccolini, pancetta, wild mushroom, Parmigiano-Reggiano.
Dessert: Warm Chocolate Cake at Topolino's Terrace
This is the gooey Warm Chocolate Cake. It’s like a lava cake, and it’s a must.
Inside is a caramel center, with Chantilly and raspberries.

Isn’t this vanilla gelato so cute?

Disney dining tips from Jenna Loves Magic
Remember: for any sit-down dinner or character meal, I recommend to definitely book 60 days out, or whenever your Disney dining dates open.
If you’re staying on site, you can book dining reservations earlier as a perk.
Don’t have reservations? Check regularly during your trip, on the app, or walk up to the restaurant early in the day and request a day-of reservation. Disney reservations are often dropped day-of since sometimes people “hoard them”.
I once was a walk-up and was told there would be a 90 minute wait for a table at Steakhouse 71.
Not a problem, since it’s an interesting hotel to walk around and they have an arcade.
Anyways, within 5 minutes my reservation was ready because someone canceled. So you never know.

See you there?
Hope that answers all your questions about Topolino’s Terrace and if you decide to dine there, have a wonderful and delicious meal.
