Watch Epcot fireworks views from Disney Skyliner…
Did you know: you can catch one of the best views of the Epcot fireworks display from the Disney Skyliner.
Why watch the Epcot fireworks outside the park on the Disney Skyliner?
That way you avoid the long lines leaving the park!
Plan to ride back to your resort between 9pm - 10pm while the show is going on.
My opinion of the Epcot Fireworks…
- They are awesome! The production, music, colors, and the whole theme they put together is truly enjoyable.
- 100% definite a must watch during your Epcot stay.
- Plan to get a spot along the lagoon at the World Showcase section of the park for a great view.
- Bring ear protectors for young children. The fireworks are loud and can startle them.
- PRO TIP - If you time your Skyliner ride back to your resort between 9pm - 10pm, you’ll be able to watch the fireworks show during your ride. But always check for your particular day, as this sometimes changes.

Expectations during the Epcot fireworks…
The Disney park fireworks production staff does a tremendous job of putting on the firework show.
As a viewer, you’ll see custom built LED panels choreographed with moving fountain lights, floating set pieces, LED screens, and awesome special effects.

Harmonious fireworks - early 2023 show
The Harmonious show features songs from Moana, Aladdin, Coco, Brave, The Lion King, Mulan, The Princess and the Frog, as well as some other Disney Classics.
Ear protection
Naturally, the fireworks and the songs accompanying them are quite loud, so keep some ear protectors nearby if it’s too loud.
Fireworks crowds
Crowds looking to view the show will start packing in around the lagoon starting at 8:30pm. Show starts at 9pm.
What time are Epcot fireworks?
Check out this video on EPCOT fireworks times and my favorite places to watch them…
Right now, Epcot is running the Harmonious fireworks show which runs through April 2nd, 2023 as its final performance.
The show usually runs 9-10pm.
But always check for your particular day, as this sometimes changes.
Harmonious debuted in October 2021 and was specifically created to celebrate Disney World’s 50th anniversary of the resort.
Where do you watch the Epcot fireworks at Disney World?
You’ll find the fireworks show at the World Showcase lagoon.
Find my favorite spot, in the Mexico Pavilion, in the World showcase section, to the left when you enter Epcot.

Other things near it include the Mexican Pavilion.
Getting to the World Showcase lagoon
If you can take the Skyliner, enter through the International Gateway entrance and walk through the world pavilions until you get to the lagoon.
Any seating or standing along the railing next to the water will give you great views of the show.
You can walk to the lagoon by entering through the main entrance of Epcot too.
Just pass Spaceship Earth, Connections Eatery, and the Test Track ride. The lagoon will be right in front of you after that.

My opinion: best place to watch Epcot fireworks?
In my opinion, the best place to watch the show is along the waterfront of the World Showcase Lagoon.
Get a spot right along the railing for a clear view.
The pathway at the World Showcase fills up during the show, so plan to get your spot in advance of 9pm.
If you time it right, you can go to La Cantina De San Angel quick service restaurant in the Mexico Pavilion section.
This quick service restaurant has outdoor patio seating right on the lagoon, so if you can get a table along the railing, you can enjoy tacos and a margarita while taking in the fireworks show.

FAQs
Yes, they do. This nighttime spectacular at Epcot is definitely one to take in as a viewer.
FYI, an additional fireworks show can be found at Disney’s Magic Kingdom.
Luckily there are some great restaurants surrounding the lagoon where you can watch the show. Disney offers dining packages where you will eat outdoors with a view of the fireworks. The dinner menus are prefixed and include unlimited beverages for those 21 and older.

Disney dining tips from Jenna Loves Magic
Remember: for any sit-down dinner or character meal, I recommend to definitely book 60 days out, or whenever your Disney dining dates open.
If you’re staying on site, you can book dining reservations earlier as a perk.
Don’t have reservations? Check regularly during your trip, on the app, or walk up to the restaurant early in the day and request a day-of reservation. Disney reservations are often dropped day-of since sometimes people “hoard them”.
I once was a walk-up and was told there would be a 90 minute wait for a table at Steakhouse 71.
Not a problem, since it’s an interesting hotel to walk around and they have an arcade.
Anyways, within 5 minutes my reservation was ready because someone canceled. So you never know.
